All orders from PurShoes are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Returns & Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@purshoes.com. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If you notice a longer delivery time and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@purshoes.com with your order number. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may still return the item within our return period after receiving it.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send your invoice by email. You can also request a copy of your invoice anytime by contacting us at info@purshoes.com
